Billing & Insurance

Dr. Brown provides professional services and therapy in New York City and Hudson, NY that do qualify for patient reimbursement under most insurance plans after the deductible has been met.

Process

A patient pays the fee directly to Dr. Brown and then submits the bill to their insurance company for reimbursement. Fees are generally considered to be within the acceptable range by most insurance companies and psychotherapy is typically covered by insurance.

Payment

Services provided are directly to the patient and payment is made directly between Dr. Brown and the patient at the time of each session. For patients who wish to submit the expense to an insurance provider for reimbursement, Dr. Brown will provide the required information of services rendered including cost. Dr. Brown does not take insurance payments directly.

Privacy
